At-Home Workouts

complete workouts on your time under 30 minutes!

We all have busy schedules, and logistically it can be almost impossible to find time to patron a gym or health club facility to engage in physical exercise.  As a father of 3 boys, I know how difficult it can be to frequent a gym to get my exercise in.  I am now bringing the workout to you.  As a member, you will have access to my 30 minute HIIT training with a new workout 5 days per week.  This workout is for most fitness levels, as I show varying stages to accommodate most.  All you need is a kettlebell and a little bit of space.  Follow along in real time for an awesome workout!

HIIT IS IT!

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and has been proven to be the most effective form of exercise for increasing muscle tone and reducing body fat. The basic reason for it’s effectiveness comes down to our “fight-or-flight” response, which has shown to increase the highest amounts of our natural testosterone levels compared to other forms of training.  But don’t let that scare you, it can be modified for almost all fitness levels!

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training has been shown to be the most productive format for building muscle and burning body fat. This 30 minute workout will spike your heart rate and help you build a stronger and leaner body.

Progression

Each exercise is completed for 30 seconds on/off (work/rest). YOU complete what you can complete and YOU rest when you need to rest. Each workout your goal is improve over the last one. That is how life works!

30 Minutes!

Each workout will be complete with a brief tutorial followed by a warm up. Your HIIT will include 5 exercises completed for 3 rounds. We will finish each workout with flexibility and cool down. Now attack your day!

Tutorials

Each workout begins with a 5 minute demonstration as to how to perform each exercise correctly and how it can be modified to adapt to most fitness levels.

Mobility

Each workout starts off with a warm up and dynamic stretching to prepare your body properly for the workout. After the workout is completed, we cool down with stretching and mobility exercises to ensure you remain injury free!

On Demand

Workouts are posted daily (5 days per week) by 5 pm so you can workout on your time. No need to schedule a trainer or spend an hour getting to the gym. Grab your kettlebell, hit go and get your workout done!
