Complete the guidelines for the Body Composition Assessment and the Postural Assessment, which require a full body photo, from head to toe and properly clothed.
You must complete and submit a ParQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) to determine if you are enough physical condition to undertake a Corrective Exercise Assessment. In the event you are not ready according to your questionnaire, a letter from your medical professional will be required.
Using your video capabilities, you will be instructed to complete an Overhead Squat Assessment from the front facing, side facing, and rear facing. Submitting a proper Overhead Squat Assessment will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Allow 2-3 business days to complete the analysis of the following:
- Body Composition Assessment Report
- Postural Assessment Report
- Dynamic Assessment Report
- Corrective Exercise 30 Day Plan
