Everything You Need To Know About Intermittent Fasting

I have to admit, when I hear people discussing Intermittent Fasting as a dietary method, my initial thought is “No, it’s not a diet, it is how we were designed to eat.”  But outside of that, as part of the industrial revolution, the concept of pre-scheduled meals entered the scene and our needs to operate outside of daylight hours altered our circadian rhythms and distorted our dietary patterns to eat when we weren’t designed to eat.  In this post, I cover everything you need to know about  Intermittent Fasting and why it is the most effective way to stay lean and muscular.
