We are goal-seeking species, and this is exactly how the MPT’s are set up.  You are assigned each week to accomplish a specific level of tasks, and you will record your results daily.

Goal Setting

The only way you will be successful in this or any program, is there has to be a bigger purpose behind your desire to exercise.  We will go deep, uncover it, and use it to light your fire.

Life Style Questionnaire

You will be held accountable to your goals.  Each day you are required to submit your MPT results, and if you fail to do so, I will be contacting you!

Customization

Each MPT is a specific set of exercises to complete each day, broken into 3 levels of difficulty.  My goal is to make sure you can accomplish the tasks, and if not, create a plan that fits your needs.

As A Client

Weekly MPT

The key to a successful program is about continuous improvement. Your goal is to keep improving each week on the assigned exercise tasks found in your MPT.

Accountability

This is not a "become a member and fade off into the distance" kind of site. You are hiring me to help you accomplish your goals. This means you will be held accountable each week that you are doing what you are supposed to be doing.

Video Library Access

All of my Corrective Exercise Videos are at your fingertips in the event you are experiencing specific joint pain. You will also find stretching videos and "How-To's"

Log Workout Data

You are required to log your workout data and submit it to me daily or at least weekly so we can look over your progress and make any changes needed.
