The only way you will be successful in this or any program, is there has to be a bigger purpose behind your desire to exercise. We will go deep, uncover it, and use it to light your fire.

You will be held accountable to your goals. Each day you are required to submit your MPT results, and if you fail to do so, I will be contacting you!
Each MPT is a specific set of exercises to complete each day, broken into 3 levels of difficulty. My goal is to make sure you can accomplish the tasks, and if not, create a plan that fits your needs.
